So one of my very first students comes to me a while back and goes, Hey, look how cool. If you type in sell house fast Tampa my I Buy Houses ad pops up on the first page.

Yeah right, I responded. Keep dreamin.

The reason for my doubt was due to the fact that I knew how the I Buy Houses On The Internet game worked. Lead generation companies spend thousands and thousands of dollars just for the hopes of being on that first page in the search engines. Internet lead generation is a BILLION dollar business.

Sell House Fast is the number one phrase input into google by motivated sellers. And all the lead generation companies know it. They all fight to get top rankings for that phrase.

And my green, wet, newbie student tells me hes on the first page right along with all the other big dogs.

Me: Rrright...go back to sleep.

Newbie: No. I swear, he says. Check it out.

Me (to myself): I should charge way more money for this.

two minutes later...

Me: Holy crap. Thats unbelievable.

Newbie: I know! Promise you wont tell anyone my secret?

Heres exactly what to do:

1. type the following into google: sell house fast tampa

2. notice how one or more of the first ads that pull up are local advertisers from backpage.com

3. One of those ads is Newbies. Model your ad after his and post it (for fr-e) in backpage.com and

craigslist.com for YOUR city.

4. Get ready to count money.

Make it happen.
